Jack has acted as Expert Witness specialising in claims concerning materials for construction, between a Contractor and a Government, involving funding from the European Community and others.
Working with leading law practices and accountancy houses has given Jack a sound knowledge of their typical working practices.
He has worked on claims for alleged damage to properties due to blasting. He has worked on Personal Injury claims.
Jack has carried out plant inspections on behalf on the Health and Safety Executive. |

Jack has considerable experience in writing tenders and contracts, he is also experienced at negotiating and examining contracts for problems. He has written contracts for work in Oman, Jamaica, St Kitts, Grenada, Tobago and the UK. He is up to speed on company law. |
